Anxiety and Somatic Coaching

Helping you come back into balance by reconnecting with your emotions, your body, and a deeper sense of meaning.

My Coaching Philosophy

I believe that anxiety isn’t something to get rid of — it’s something to listen to and be with.
Anxiety often shows up when we’re disconnected from ourselves, when we’re afraid to feel our emotions, when we’ve been taught to live in our head instead of our body.

In my coaching work, I help people:

  • Build a relationship with their body by teaching them to identify and feel sensations

  • Release the stuck energy of emotions through somatic work

  • Unpack the message of anxiety

  • Develop a healthier, more balanced relationship with their emotions

  • Develop inner harmony so they can reconnect with meaning and purpose

This isn’t about quick fixes or easy solutions. It’s about reconnecting to yourself and leading a life you care about.

If you’ve read all the self-help books, listened to all the mental health podcasts, followed all the right instagram accounts, tried talk-therapy, and are still stuck in anxiety, you’re in the right place.

Many modern resources and approaches to healing anxiety focus primarily on the mind, helping us identify and understand the beliefs, behaviors, and patterns that are keeping us stuck. While this is helpful, it’s not enough, because anxiety isn’t just in our mind, it’s in our body: we feel tension in our jaw, chest, and stomach; our heart races, our palms sweat, our muscles are shaky and tight.

To truly heal, we need more than insight and intellectual understanding; we need a relationship with our body. We need to learn how to identify and feel sensations, and move so we can release stuck energy. Then we can use our mind to make the appropriate changes. This is what I help clients do.

Whether you're navigating relationship anxiety, health anxiety, career stress, or a general sense of overwhelm, this is an invitation to develop a balanced relationship with your emotions, body, and mind, so you can feel more grounded, connected, and whole, and begin to build a life that’s grounded in your own vitality and values.
