Anxiety Coaching for Inner Balance
Healing anxiety starts by reconnecting with yourself.
Anxiety can be debilitating. You feel tightness in your chest and gut. Your head feels heavy. Your breathing gets choppy. Your body is tense. You struggle to sleep. And you can’t stop thinking about worst-case scenarios.
You go into overdrive, trying to think your way out of it: You research, overanalyze, and ask for advice. You stay busy searching for an answer, believing that if you can just find the right solution, the anxiety will go away and you’ll finally feel okay.
But anxiety isn’t a problem to be solved. It’s a signal. A protector.
It’s your body’s way of saying:
Slow down. Tune in. Pay attention.
Because underneath the anxiety are emotions that haven't been felt. Maybe you were never taught how to feel them. Maybe you never felt safe enough.
But now, the emotions have built up in your body. They’ve created so much intensity that your anxiety stepped in to help—by pushing you into your mind. At the time, it was trying to protect you. But now, it’s keeping you up at night. It’s making you spiral. And most of all, it’s keeping you from truly relaxing and enjoying your life.
I’ve been there. I know how hard it is.
That’s why I became an anxiety coach.
As a coach, I help people reconnect with themselves—not by fixing, but by supporting them in building a more balanced relationship with their emotions, and their body. Because I believe anxiety shows up when we’ve been pushing our emotions under the surface and disconnected from our body.
In Our Work Together, You’ll Learn How To:
Understand the message of your anxiety
Feel the emotions underneath your anxiety
Reconnect with your body through somatic practices
Rebuild your relationship with yourself
This is an invitation to bridge the gap between your mind and body so you can reconnect with yourself and feel more whole. I offer grounding practices and work with you to develop an individualized practice you can lean on when your anxiety shows up.
Whether you’re navigating relationship anxiety, health anxiety, career anxiety, or just a general sense of overwhelm and disconnection, I’m here to help.
